Returns & Exchange policy

CUSTOMERS CAN EXCHANGE THEIR PRODUCTS IN FOLLOWING CONDITIONS :

  • If the product get damage in transit.
  • If received different product.

NOTE - In all the conditions customer have to make an unboxing video of complete parcel & also keep all the items in parcel in their original conditions. We are not liable for any exchange if you have not notified us in 48 hours after product get delivered.

NO EXCHANGE WILL BE GIVEN IN FOLLOWING CASES :

  • If the jewellery is not damage or different.
  • If the address provided by customer is incorrect.
  • Minor colour or product size. Due to photography or lighting sources some colour & size of product images may slightly differ.
  • Package refuse by the receiver.

NOTE - If in case of exchange, if same product is not available then the customer can choose any other product.
